The new heat pump recovers waste heat from the large refrigeration system in the meat processing factory at Sem.

It heats up buildings, ventilation end process water. The COP is about 5 and it substitutes about 650.000 kWh every month that earlier came from fossil fuel (Gas).

With this installation Nortura saves the environment, CO2 emissions, energy and OPEX.
